**Understanding The Virtual Land In BB Meta**

\
Our virtual land our factories will be sold as individual properties. With each factory purchased, investors can use and earn an income from them. In each factory, you can task your beanies to produce resources that can be redeemed for the in-game currency ***honey***.

\
To generate passive income, a very productive factory can be rented out to other investors. The other investor can task their beanies and bots to work using your highly effective machinery and equipment to produce resources, and you can choose to take a share or charge a fixed cost.

In order to purchase your first factory, these are the steps you would have to take:

Go to our marketplace; you will have to create an account here. Once you are signed in, head over to factories and plants.

Then select the factory your wish to purchase; here, you browse a catalogue of thousands of mega plants and factories available for purchase. Once you have decided which you would like to purchase, you tap **BUY.**

Connect your wallet to the Beans Marketplace; you have to ensure you have enough **BB** tokens to buy the factory.

**Note**: The virtual factory will also be available on their secondary marketplaces.

\
**RARITY LEVELS OF FACTORIES**

LESS COMMON: 25% of Total Factories available. This comes with unique equipment and a few bots ready for work.

COMMON: 70% of Total Factories available. These are the primary factories; some work will be needed to make this a significant revenue generator.

RARE: 4% of Total Factories available. These are unique; they have high-grade equipment, here mining of precious elements in the game takes place—1000 bots working around the clock.

Mega Plants: 1% of Total Factories available. These are hard to find, fully customizable, and these plants will have mega bots and 1000s of other regular bots. The production rate is off the chain in these factories. This factory will be a huge revenue generator for the holder with a well-established organizational system.
